MJ Acoustics has been a sub bass specialist for 20 years and develops and builds unique subwoofers. Most components are developed in-house, such as the DAMP 3 amplifier modules with their many
options and adjustment possibilities and the fast long-throw woofers.
Three features of all their subwoofers make them unique and better than the others:
- The input signal remains analog and does not pass through a DSP. As a result, there is practically no delay due to the conversion from analog to digital (and back again) and the signal remains the most pure and unaffected.
- Two independent filters (for high level and line level) that allow each input to be perfectly tuned for integration with the main speakers. The adjustment increments are in 1 Hz (from 20 to 200 Hz) for the frequency and 1 dB for the volume (from -99 to 0 dB).
- Fully adjustable from the listening position. The subwoofers are fully configurable with the Smart Remote app (available for IOS and Android). Four different preference settings can be saved and recalled with a click. Several subwoofers can be divided into groups and configured simultaneously, per group.This greatly facilitates integration.

MJ Acoustics REF 200-SR
The REF 200 is the somewhat bigger brother of the REF 100 and also a member of the MJ Acoustics Reference series.
The slightly larger cabinet and more powerful amplifier make this the ideal sub-bass support for audiophile stereo systems in small and medium-sized rooms.
